If Life Were a Video Game

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Apparently, I’m not the only one who has contemplated a video game life. Here are a few concepts thought up by others.

While I was looking for things to talk about, I found a great question from Quora.com: If life were a video game, when would you win? Here are some of my favorite answers: "Everyone has a different winning condition, defined by their interests and passions. Game Over is when you die."
"When you realize you don't need to 'win.'"
"I think there is not such a "win point". Because there is no limitation for life. Actually, the happiest thing in one's life is that 'you are always progressing', not 'you won and stopped'".
Now that I think about it, life is already kind of like a video game. We progress. We learn. We make mistakes. We start over. Now it would be nice to have a reset button, but just like a video game, we learn from our errors and those errors help us look at our lives in a new perspective.
There will be and are particularly difficult boss fights, ones that will take what seems like forever to beat. But we are not alone. We have our equipment and potions (friends and family) that will help us overcome our most challenging opponents.
Sorry that this post is so short. I’m sick today, and I have been running out of ideas.
We’ll see you next week! (Hopefully)
